Many of our clients with insomnia report that they have a “busy brain” that chatters away at night, keeping them awake. Some are chronically stressed and can’t seem to wind down at the end of the day in order to fall asleep. Others can fall asleep but wake up throughout the night or in the early morning. Neurofeedback helps to quiet the mind chatter and relax the body and the stress response so that sleep is more easily achieved and maintained throughout the night. Clients also report that their sleep is more efficient and restorative.
